Is it safe?

Yes. It’s absolutely safe. You can have bags of fun, safe in the knowledge that we use the very best equipment, it is inspected daily and all our staff are highly trained.

Who is Ropeworks for?

Ropeworks is open to everyone, both children and adults alike. As a rule, children must be over the age of eight and participants should weigh less than 127kg (20st).

Do I need to be physically fit?

Ropeworks is not physically demanding so no level of fitness is required. It is open to all, including (by prior arrangement) those with physical or learning difficulties.

Do I have to go on all parts of the course?

No, but your Instructor will help and encourage you to do as much as possible during your session.

What shall I wear?

Wear comfortable trousers and trainers or flat shoes (vests and sandals are not recommended).

What about wet weather?

Ropeworks is an all weather activity. You can have a fantastic time at Ropeworks whatever the conditions. We can provide waterproof jackets. No bad weather refunds can be made.

Can we leave the kids?

Yes. All participants are in our care for the duration of the session. You can stay and watch, or feel free to come back later.

When are you open?

Ropeworks is open daily from 9.30am to 5.00pm – but booking is essential.

Do I need to book in advance?

YES. We get very busy during holiday periods and out of season are open on selected days only. You must pre-book your session. Please allow plenty of time for your journey as late arrivals may miss their session and cannot be refunded.

What if I pay my money and then change my mind?

Once you’ve started your session, we’re so confident you’ll enjoy the Ropeworks experience that we’ll give you your money back if you decide it’s not for you.

Can a large group of us come?

Yes, we accommodate group bookings – just contact us for details.
